I can feel 2010 will be a great year.. dun ask me why. But I am glad to know Roy and Susie.. Roy is always telling what to do and need to do.. I have a great team to work with. I believe I am going to succeed. =) Thanks and thumb ups to all of them. =)

Anyway, March is coming.. so fast huh? My birthday is coming again!! I am gg to turn 27.. sometimes I would pause in my mind to count how old am I when pple ask about my age. LOL. I am totally lost count! =(
Wow, my sis-in-law is going to turn 21 while I am going to turn 27… such a big difference hor… I forget how it felt to be 21 and celebrated 21st birthday.. LOL =)

Anyway, every year gg to spend actual bday with Dear.. =) and celebrate birthday with lots of good frenz! I am contented with it.

I still cant decide where to go for honeymoon.. now tempting for korea? or bali? aiz. lazy to do research now.. see how.

Cny is just 3 days away… but i cant celebrate as grandma just passed away.. I missed her now. =(
In the other hand, (dad’s side) big unlce’s family and aunts’ family and our family had our reunion dinner last sat. =) It was cozy and I feel a sense of togetherness and family kinship. =)

Anyway, I cant celebrate cny but i can still go for visiting… just tat i cant give angbaos loh.
I am going to wear my new clothes during cny, and I just did my nails.. love the purple shade on my toes and the bling bling acrylics on my fingers. =) I just need to tidy up a bit at our own home. That’s it, ready for cny!! =)

I think i going to change another blogsite again… dun really like wordpress here.. see how ba. =)

Tiger Roars!

Tiger year is coming! I have more than enough new clothes for CNY… Oops.  I bought 1 dress at a boutique and 6 clothes online… =( Initially bought 1 dress from a boutique and was worrying what else shld i buy for CNY..             Who knows, I went online to buy 6 clothes (dresses, tops, skirt). Sinful sinful.. Hahaha.  I cant buy anymore clothes when I went shopping nxt time..

Today, went out to Bugis with Dear to pray and then watched Avatar 3D.. =) Finally watched it after so long, suprisingly there were still alot of pple watching it… Then went to buy a tube, and then I bought a new pair of jeans!! Arrgghh I told myself not to buy anymore.. But then….. Woman cant resist shopping rite?

Anyway, CNY is coming. It is my first year of celebrating CNY in a new status! Meaning no more ang baos to take liao, have to give ang baos! Arrghh.. =( 

Anyway, I am going to enjoy my tiger year!  =)

Oh i am planning to go Bali for my honeymoon instead of Japan.  Want a more relaxing and enjoyable honeymoon!

2010….

is 2010. I am gg to get older again.  How I wish time can stop or reverse back…

I going to become 30 in 3 years time… What is 3 years time to me? What will happen to me ? What will I become to? Hmmmm.

Anyway, I had decided my heart to do it and go for it. I know Roy & Susie will be there for me. I know Roy is helping me. But I cant disappoint them. I need to buck up. =)  Well, that is the resolution I have made for the year! =)

New year eve, stayed at home. Dont really have the mood to go out. Why?  Anyway, 1st Jan, invited the usual gang to our small house for mini potluck. We ate and left quite much food. The guys played texas as usual till 3am….  Yawn.. I missed the days we slept late and hang out late. I missed chalets and etc. =) Oh no, i am getting old and old… =(

Well, God bless the year ahead with full of goodie days!

Bad tooth..

Took off day from work today to do the step 2 root canal treatment.. It was done in 1 1/2 hrs, I was so uncomfortable lying down for so long with my mouth wide opened. It was painless as my whole gum area was numbed. 

I thought that I had done this tooth and it would be over. Who knows that after taking another x-ray, I had another tooth beside it which needed to do root canal treatment!!!  OH my…..  I hate it man! Root canal treatment is not cheap ok!! Dr Chan asked me want to start doing it, I told her nxt time…  I want to save up first.. Hopefully, the infection will not worsen. =(

I hate doing my teeth, my mouth was full of cavities!!! I hate it…. but then who tell me, I did not take good care of my teeth when younger .. Aiz!! I want to pull up all my teeth and do denture then.. save the trouble, but I dun want to become old lady with dentures… I always thought that dentures are for old folks… Hahaha.

Anyway, i gotta to brush and floss my teeth very thoroughly now…

Oh I went for my medical review yesterday in company.. Overall was good. My urine, blood cell count everything was fine. =) I asked doc how to gain weight, she told me to eat steak and milk.. Hmm i don’t take beef leh..  She asked me to take calcium coz i might have otoperosis because Im too thin… and  I need to go check for ultrascan for any cysts in my ovaries since I have irregular menses and afraid that if have cysts, I might not have enough eggs to concieve.. Ohhhh….     sounded so scary…. =(

Aiz I do hope tat everything will be fine on me…

Getting lazier to put title for my entry… Cant think of anything.

I got my bang and hair trimmed at Nicole’s again. I was wondering should I continue to have bang.. asked Dear about it and he said I have bang, looked nicer.. =)   But inside of me, feel sick of bang.. Haha. I want a new look. Anyway, I cut the bang again and I think i will change my hair look for nxt year CNY then. =)

Xmas is coming soon. Orchard road has all the lightings up.. Have the festive moods for the xmas… I want to go take photos there.. =)  Hmmm, wondering what to get xmas pressies for my 2 nieces.. Haa..  and maybe for dear.. Maybe  Dear and I should exchange pressies  this year. It’s been such a long time since we done tat.. Oh i could not even rem when was the last time.. Aiz.

Can I have my xmas wish granted this year?? LOL . A long list though!

Back from Bkk trip…

Dear and I went for a short trip to bkk for 5 days..  We stayed at Baiyoke boutique hotel. =) A budget hotel but nice service and staffs!! No regrets staying there.. I heard from a frenz tat baiyoke sky hotel was haunted…  Lucky we did not stay there. =)

It was a nice trip for us to get away from sg. Bangkok had changed alot and no longer can hagger for a low price anymore. Bangkok had become a tourism place and hence, the price were more ex than last time. =(

Dear and I went shopping for 4 days and 2 nitez for massage… =) even though, we did not buy much clothes as compared to  last time.. but we did enjoyed our trip!!  Till the last 2 days, I had tooth pain… It was super pain till I popped lots of medicine, it was also no use to stop the pain..  I could only drank cold water to numb the pain… =(  I could not sleep well and eat well for the last 2 days…  Aiz…  The minutes I reached sg airport, I called the dentist for appointment… I cant stand the pain liao. =(  Lucky, at home I ate some painkillers and it did stop the pain… 

This afternoon went for to the dentist for help, and found out that I had some infection deep down the root there… Did a root canal treatment, which cost me a 400 bucks for it!!!! Aiz…….. Had done step 1 (cleaning the infection and putting medicine)  for the treatment, and need to go back 3 weeks for the step 2 and final step…. Wah, sian!!!!  I had to eat anti-bodotics for 3 weeks..  =(

Anyway, I am happy to go for a short trip with Dear!! Next year, gg for our honeymoon!! =)

Yes. Dec is coming, got to attend 3 weddings, and  1 DnD… wah all in orchard areas.. =)

Finally…. a trip!

Weee. finally, a trip had been planned.

I am going to have a trip to bangkok in nov. Yeah.  Even though, i had been to bangkok a lot of times, but becoz i have been cooped up in sg for so long, I will still find bangkok is a good trip this year… I need some break and fresh air!!!!

I want to travel for holiday every year, if I can…=) This day will come… I believe….

Looking forward to Nov… Lalalala…

Grandma’s last journey…..

I do not know what is my feeling now.  Sad and happy?

Grandma is going off in her last journey in about few hours time. It is 5 am now. I am still wide awake now and  I did not sleep the whole night.  I am crying now while writing.  It was 2nd time I cried since the first day grandma had left.  I can’t control but I also do not wish to hold my tears now……

Day one, dad called me while i was on the bus to work. Tears rolled down. I can’t help it.  Her wake was held for 5 days, and everyone did not shed a tear at there, especially third aunt. I knew she had cried and she looked pale and sad but she did not shed a tear at the wake.  Bravo for her and us.

But i think there will be crying later when we are sending grandma from her last journey to her new begining at the other world. I always think that grandma will meet up and unite with my great grand ma when she left.  I will always rem grandma and great grand ma during my younger days at their house.  All the memories will be locked inside my heart.

Grandma was a brave lady. Why? becoz she knew that her days were limited since she got stroke a few years back. Once, she had given up herself, but she braced herself up… She knew what was happening around her even though she had stroke.   I believed she wanted to hold on till the last breath. She had been in and out of hospital a lot of times, but she made it through every time. I also believed that she had hold on till I got married and wanted to drink the grand-daughter’s tea.  I was glad grandma had drank the tea.  

I feel sad that she left.

However, I feel happy that she had left. coz she finally held on till the last breath ( till all her organs had stopped working).  I feel happy becos grandma had left in a healthy way.. ( meaning not in illness). I feel happy becos grandma will not have any sufferings. I feel happy becos grandma can unite with great grand ma, (total 3 great grand ma) &  grand pa. I feel happy becos she had her 4 children with grand children and great grandchildren united together to send her off.

Grandma, take care and we will miss you. =)

Overdue posts….

Hmmm getting to post 1 entry for every month now? LOL..  Im so horrible.  Im always depend on my mood to write it down.. Aiz. 

Anyway, life’s been so good so far I guess…

Yup, i went to have a short breakaway with Fee er & Sc at Joey’s place last sat (29/08). Joey’s place is at JB, and she had just bought her new house.  We had planned to stay over at her place for 1 night, and she drove us around to eat and shop. We oso went for ktv and foot massage.  All done in one shopping centre, Jusco. Jusco is a big shopping centre.  I did noy shop at all, just bought 2 pairs earrings and some wet tissues. LOL. Maybe  I had been to Jusco before. so to me, nothing’s special.

 Joey was a good host too, she brought us around to have good and nice local food. We had our breakfast cum lunch, and dinner in there, not forgetting nxt morning breakfast.   Joey’s place was a nice and small cozy place. with her beloved doggie,  Alpha…… He is an super active chihuahua….. totally not shy with people and want to paw on you.  He is a cute and lovely puppy…  It was so heartpain too when he fell and hit his head. He groaned pitifully. =(

It was an enjoyable stay at Joey’s place.. We will be planning to go again. =)

Ok, today (05/09), went to have dinner with fee er, joey and sc… We had japanese food at orchard central. Nice and worth ba…. to me, still so-so la. Ooops, sorry sc. =) But alot of people queueing up, Ok!! Madness, regardless how long it has to be wait..  I wont go against my poor hungry stomach! LOL.

Later, went shop around and bought a silvery cardigan for dinner-wear kind. SC and I bought the same cardigans too.. Hopefully, we wont wear it on the same day when we meet up.. LOL. Just kidding, SC. =)  Went home after tat, as it was late. =)

So now at home, already 4am, and I am not asleep. Gosh! Dear is not at home, working at ION. Aiz, alot of pple ask me, ION opens 24 hrs meh when i said Dear is working now. Well, his job scope requires night shift. =( lazy to explain his job scope la.. Hahaha… 

Ok, Im gg to sleep…. becoming panda… =)

 

p.s: oh yes, i might be going to have a trip soon.. yeah.. a short trip to bkk ba. erm 3rd times there?? Hehe…
